Proper heat range on plugs for s60

If anyone has any input on this ? please help me. I'm currently using recommended Denso U-groove plugs (k20pr-u11). I have a good clean tan brown burn on the electrode . I've up'd my HP 60 and torque 45 lbs from stock and I'm experiencing what i think could be detonation issues in full boost in third gear. Could lowering my heat range down 1 or 2 values help? has anyone gone through this conundrum. These plugs show a heat range value of 19
