Brain Box
Brain Box
I recently replaced my 2005 V70 factory radio with a XM. After I did this the Volvo Dealer said it shouldn't have been done because the factory radio is the brain box for the codes plus I'll have idiot lights going off from now on. Has anybody heard of this? Is this true?

If everything is fine and working well, just ignore what they said.Biagia wrote:I installed a Panasonic CQ-C8401U. Not sure what you mean by isolating?
You won't have "flashing lights"
