All Position & Rear Licence Lights Inoperative

Several days ago ALL position & license lights became inoperative. Headlamps, turn signals, stop lights, & rear fog light(s)operate normally. Fuses 30 & 31 have continuity. All bulbs have continuity. Basically I parked the car, came back 5 hours later . . . No Lights.

Previously (2 years ago) had Volvo deactivate daytime driving lights. No light problems before or after.

Looking for the location of ‘Fusable Links’ 2 & 4 as well as the side light relay (Nomenclature per Haynes) Other suggestions with regard to the problem appreciated.

Need a little help . . . transitioned to the 2001 P@ from a 740 Brick (250,000 miles). This one ½ the miles twice the problems. Thanks
