2004 s40 T5 alignment? & A/C problem?

My beautiful car is lately causing me a lot of problems, first the A/C starts cold then blows luke warm air and i live in south florida where its 90 degrees out so you can imagine the heat i am baring. Now the front tires are in good condition but now they are losing air, so my dealer says i need new tires and alignment. Need second opinion on that. Sadly I am not good with cars so I need to make sure what i do next fixes my problems and doesn't add more to my list. Help anyone?
