fuel door will not open!

I can not get the fuel door to my 1995 850 turbo wagon open. Help!

Alright, here's how to do it. First, open your trunk, and then that small storage box. Then, feel along the right side of the storage device, until you can get a hold of the actual right side trunk paneling. Pull it off. Then you should see on the right side of the car, directly behind the outside ligts a felt tab with a knob at the bottom. Take that off and there should be a little string. Pull it back. Then put everything back together.
