High Beams Out?

2004 XC70 (7th. out of 8 Volvos)

Drove through heavy rainstorm. Got CEL. Sticky wastegate solenoid.

Next got Low Beam failure message. Replaced fuse. Lows are good.

Noticed than when going to High Beams, Low Beams would rotate up, but no High Beams.

Replaced one High Beam bulb. No go.

Checked all fuses and relay for High Beams. All look good.

Checked connector at headlight assembly (just outside assembly) and saw 12vdc for High Beams. Checked connector to High Beam bulb. No voltage.

Suspect open circuits inside headlight assemblies.

Any troubleshooting tips?

If I pull an assembly can I open and repair electrical inside???
