100k Club

I have 3 Volvo's all are part of the 100k club. I have the emblem to stick onto the cars but I really don't like putting adhesives onto the car since they normally fall off. Does anyone have any experience with these emblems? Any suggestions on how to keep them on the car or does the adhesive stick to the car like the make / model emblems?

I have two badges on my 1990 245 grille. I used Velcro one part stuck on the badge and the other wrapped around two bars of the grille. So far this has worked fine; of course I check them frequently to make sure they are firmly stuck.
