1999 S80 for sale (non turbo I think)

I have and option to purchase my first S80 (been an avid collector of other Volvo's as you can see from my profile.)

I need your help to decide if I should get this or not.

Firstly it has 150,000 Miles (250,000) Kms.

I was told that the throttle body needs to be replaced and was quoted $900 for the part.

I was also told that the owners were told by their indy mechanic that the ignition coils would be on the way out eventually.

It sounds like the present owners did a lot of work with linkages on the undercarriage and other regular maintenance.

I asked about the timing belt too but wont know about that until i get there.

SO FELLOW VOLVO fan..atics... what tips could you tell me if this is worth purchasing and what is it i should watch out for?
