Is the extended warranty worth it?

Question: I bought a manual 2002 S60 recently at 78,000 km. The warranty will run out at 80,000 km. I have the option of increasing the warranty for another year or two- do you recommend doing so? Should I expect a lot of expensive repairs in the next couple of years? Thanks for your help!
