Throttle does not work on V70

Hi all.

First off, this is an awesome site, so much information, so little time.

I hope someone can help us fix our sick Volvo

We have a V70 2001 model, we are trying to fix it up for a mate and we are not having a good time with it.

At first it would not start at all, then we cleaned the computer, I think its the EMC and now it starts and idles but when pressing down on the throttle there is no affect at all, it will not rev.

Can anyone give me an idea what the cause could be.

You probably need a new throttle body
ETM
or buy a permanent one at XeMODex
