I just got my 04 XC90 T6 back from the 65,000 mile tune up. the turbo pipes had a crack in it (the plastic ones on top of the the engine) anyway they replaced that i got the car back on friday (saturday) when i was drivign on the the highway i noticed that i have basically no boost pressure! my turbos were only kicking in slightly (Very slightly) or non existant whats going on?

Sounds like either a leak in a vacuum line, or you blew one off its nipple. Look around for a tube without a home.
