fitting a tail board to 1997 V70 T5 SE estate

I want to put my bike on a rear bike rack.
Will need to attach a tail board with lights and number plate.
Is there a socket already in the boot?
If not - any advice on how I attach the tail board wiring kit I have seen in the shops?
