1996 RED 855R for sale in NYC

Hi All
Sadly I have an 850R that I'm looking to sell, due to a job related move to Brazil next february its a 1996 bright red wagon with 150600k, I've had some work done on it most recently:

Complete timing done at 149000
Radiator replaced due to a cracked mount
Drivers side CV axle replaced along with an inner tie rod

It has a clean title, AC needs repair, I have parts for it just running out of time
Runs great, No CEL as you can see in the pictures
Just passed NY inspection two days ago

this was to be my project car but with a new job opportunity I'll have to part ways with it this is my second 850R the first save my life. trust me you wont be disappointed with the 850R and you wont see many in the road or for sale

Asking price $4700.00 slightly negotiable, dont forget the Timing alone will cost you 600 bucks in a reputable shop.

This is my daily driver the mileage will change slightly

Hi there
When I got the car, after a few days the CEL came on with an EVAP code, took to dealer spent about 400 dollars to get the evap valve and associated parts replaced also changed the gas cap with OEM, the one on the car was aftermarket which i was told here was probably the cause for the code. Also when at the dealer I got the last recals still open taken care of.

Also I got an engine flush to get it as clean as possible, always top it of with 93 oct since I got it
and have the receipts to show for it

when I got the timing done complete water pump, idler and tentioner from volvo no aftermarket there, the kit alone cost me 340

I was going to replace the plugs but when they were removed the mechanic was impressed and told me they didnt need change. I still have the ones I bought for the change.

Ill get you the pics you requested me, but I tell you the seats are in good shape, the rear are practically new, the front are a bit worn but there are no holes, I do have a sick sound system in it which I'll be removing unless youd be interested.

I do have the original radio which will be sold with the car, I also have the original head lights and will give it to the new owner to do with what he or she desires.

Also I have a set of 4, 17 inch toyo tires that will go with the car, you see my rims were stolen last winter with my winter tires.

thank god they didnt break into the car and made of with the sound.

just replaced the radiator due to a cracked mount didnt want it to create problems.

changed the driver side axle due to a torn CV boot and it was starting to make that cliking sound, and changed the iner tie rod at the same time, now im going to get it aligned.

other than that and the routine maintenance there hasn't been any mods or any other work done to the car, besides the sound and the lights.

trust me when I tell you these are built like tanks, I had another 850R had the works done to it, I was getting stage 1 finished when a MACK truck literally punted me and the car about 150 feet, the car flipped over a had nothing but a scratch on my hand the fire chief told me I was lucky to be driving a tank.

So I went and got me another, I wouldnt let it go if I wasn't moving to south america.

Any recent (past 40K miles) suspension work?
I'm assuming this is a NYC car and parked outside?

Hi.

As stated before, this was to be a project car, i've only had the car for 1 1/2 year, got it with 148000 and its at 151000, its driven to work and back, never had an issue, Due to job relocation I'm running out of time, no suspension work done, its parked out side most of the time, this is not a show room condition 855R, kinda hard to find one in those conditions. saw one on ebay last year with 22000 going for $13000 it was a beauty.

Next project would have been, new cat back system, struts and shocks.

OK here's the deal I need to sell the vehicle by Feb, so unwillingly I would take $4200 for the car don't forget Timing just done, Angel eyes, grill, no CEL, no mechanical issues, considering that new rims would cost about 500, therefore $4200, and the tires I have 17" toyos under 5000k on them will be included. just dusted a T5 on the highway today so it still moves LOL, please contact me if interested, via PM or post TX

Hi all, I still have the 850 R for sale, I'm running out of time, moving to Brazil in 20 days, was asking 4200, but will take 3800 for the vehicle, timing belt just completed, angel eyes, new radiator, new battery, make me an offer,
