I am the newbie here but I have enjoyed and used this site as a guest for some time and everyone here is wonderful! You guys are appreciated....I am getting ready to tune my 2006 xc90 2.5 fwd with 53k miles on it and I have found most of the info I need here to make the process seamless but I do have a question regarding spark plugs. Do you suggest sticking with OEM or is their an aftermarket that works just as well? Also regarding the transmission flush. Has anyone used the amsoil tran fluid with success or should I stick with the volvo/toyota fluid? I am huge fan of synthetic but I have read mixed opinions on synthetics in these transmissions. Thanks guys and I hope I can contribute to this board as well!

Definitely stick with stock plugs and a little anti sieze
Amsoil ATF would be fine and an improvement inthe areas of heat transfer, lubricity and service life.
