S80 runs like a bike

Dear all,

Yesterday, I had a problem on my S80, 2.9L, 100K milage. The engine began to shake when I was waiting the traffic light, then I can not accelerate anymore, I need to back the idle and put more gas, but it only change two gears very slowly and at most 30 mph, I dont know what happened. The car is up-to-date maintanced and this noon when I unplug the power of MAFS, and trying to put more gas, there is no response, the engineer is just shacking overthere, when I unplug the key, the fun is still on, I need to start the engine again and ture it off to stop the fun, there is no message regarding to this issue, can anybody tell is it because of the MAFS or other reason? Thanks a lot.
