leaking oil bad at turbo and engine is building up pressure indicating bad rings...
burns oil to the extent i don't think it's good/healthy to drive it...
so, what to do?
I don't want to keep putting money into this car, got about $1600 in it so far over 6 months.
Should I try running some kerosene with the oil to "glaze" the cylinder walls?
Aside from that, what should I try to sell this thing for? It's in otherwise good condition, new fuel pump, good tires, good transmission.
90 turbo may be done, what to do?

Might be a moot point, but have you done a compression test? It may just be that the rings are coked/packed with carbon. You could try pulling the plugs and pouring some B12 chemtool or seafoam, down into the cylinders, letting it soak in for a good while to break the carbon down. This helped me with my S80, I had a major compression loss in a cylinder, did the seafoam down the plughole thing and it worked very well. Ive heard good things about that engine "restorer" stuff, but I think I'd start off by trying to decoke the rings.
