2002 S60 T5 -- which size exhaust? 63mm or 76mm?

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. Chips, exhaust, larger turbos, bigger/slotted/drilled rotors, high performance brake pads, manual boost controllers, performance shocks/struts/springs, airbox mods and more! Also discussion on HID and Xenon lights, aftermarket foglights and other exterior lighting.

I would go with the 76mm downpipe with a tune for the best performance. I had a 2001 S60 2.4T FWD with a tune, It had a S60R downpipe and a dual 2" catback exhaust, it was super when it 15psi of boost. It built boost quicker too. Now I have a 2001 S60 T5 FWD, I have taken off the downpipe and exhaust from my old 2001 S60 2.4T so I can install it on my 2001 S60 T5, can't wait for the tune as I know how much fun it was to drive the 2.4T with 15psi/260hp now I will have 18psi/300hp with my T5. I have attach pictures of how you can fit a S60R downpipe on a FWD S60 2.4T or T5, mostly the mods have to do with the brackets under the exhaust as AWD exhaust hangs lower then FWD exhaust. Also the earlier S60's have a different mounting for the downpipe hangers, you just have to heat up the mounting hangers on the downpipe so you can bend them to fit the earlier mounting.
