Sunroof problems

After replacing a defective sunroof motor in my '93 850glt, I've run into another problem. The sunroof has been working like a champ for the past 2 weeks, but now when retracted, once in a while it will not close. However, it will fix itself after a period of time and will work again. I can tell when this is going to happen when I try to close it after it's popped up, it won't stop on its way down and start to retract. Is this a problem with the little control box thing next to the motor? If so, where can I get one online? Thanks!

Okay, got a new "fix". With the switch pushed "up" to close it while retracted, I need to wack the roof underneath the passenger side visor.

Loose connection?
Bad controller?
Is there a sensor or something in there?
