Exhaust on CONICAL FLANGE turbo ?

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. Chips, exhaust, larger turbos, bigger/slotted/drilled rotors, high performance brake pads, manual boost controllers, performance shocks/struts/springs, airbox mods and more! Also discussion on HID and Xenon lights, aftermarket foglights and other exterior lighting.

Has your turbo been changed out and which flange are you talking about - the flange off of the exhaust manifold or the flange to the downpipe?

If you don't have a stock setup it might be time to put on the Nomex suit and posit the question over on Volvospeed. They will incinerate you but you might actually get an answer if it is an aftermarket setup.

You can change the flange to a straight one and get an aftermarket exhaust that will fit.

I assume you're wanting to start with the downpipe.
