2004 xc70 console lid

The latch is broken on my console lid. (color is taupe) How do I go about removing and replacing the lid. This lid also contains a double cup holder for back seat passengers when fully opened.

2/27/2011 Update: I figured it out now I need to locate a new/used lid. The color is taupe. Any help is appreciated.
