S60 remote entry problem

HAve a 2007 S60 with intermiten remote door lock problem where the doors will not unlock. You need to press the lock button and wait 5 to 10 seconds then push the unlock for the doors to unlock. Dealer says they can't find anything wrong so there is nothing they can do. Has anyone had the same problem and found a fix for it?

try resetting the UEM.

with the key at the drivers door, lock/unlock the car 3 times in a row.
