Intermittent time for maintenance message

My TMM message is intermittently appearing and disappearing. I reset it a couple times as well. I've visually checked all my fluids, oil, etc. recently replaced the air filter as well.

I imagine it could be a number of things since i'm at 140K, but I just don't have the money or time to replace everything.

Any thoughts on where I should start?

the maintenance reminder is solely months or engine hours or miles, whichever of these reaches trigger value first. There are no other items that trigger it. Is the SERVICE warning lamp on when the message is on? Really sure it is the maintenace message and not one of the other similar messages that says " XXXXXX Service Required"?

The service warning lamp is always on since my CD player is shot and throws the 'SRS Airbag maintenance needed.'

I'd say the two were related but the time for maintenance message is intermittent.
