Volvo S60 saved his life!

In this country there's a growing demand for in-car surveillance, for when something happens it'll be recorded on tape.

A BMW changing lanes in wet weather hit this 2011 Volvo S60. (RWD tailspin?) ha! Immediately, we see that the DSTC applied brakes to keep the car on track, the driver went into adrenaline mode in attempt to catch the hit-and-runner's license plate.

Granted, this is not the best demo of evasive maneuvers, but the urgency of the situation may cause us to lose our cool and neglect our surroundings. The dude was so concentrated on chasing the Bimmer, that the City Safety alarm warned him of imminent danger (blue car from the left lane). I've heard good and bad things about these active safety systems, taking control away from the driver and all, but I'm completely convinced after this footage - "Volvo Saved My Life.."

sorry, I wish the S60 was my car

but in Chinese I believe they got a plate number....
