S80, no brake lights or int. trunk lights, but signals work

I have a 2001 volvo s80 T6, problem I'm having is that the 3rd brake light & signal lights work but the brake, interior trunk lights are not functioning. Checked fuses, bulbs, & the relay for the brake lights in the trunk but nothing is helping. Seems as though power is not getting there bcuz the trunk release is not working also! Please help!!!!

There is a fuse (i belive) in the dash. Check them, too.
