oil change rookie

im changing the oil in my moms 2006 s40 and was looking for insight on where the oil filter is located......man i feel like a nerd askin this question lol :?

Tucked under the outside corner of the oil pan. It requires a filter wrench or at least a 19mm socket (I think! preferably with a breaker bar). Have a drain pan under the filter or you'll have a mess on the floor (or on you).
