Looking for good mechanic in Torrington, CT or Waterbury, CT

I am looking for a local repair shop for my 1999 Volvo V70. I'm fine with a small independent shop, or even someone who will do the work at a home garage. Probably looking for what everyone wants - an honest, knowledgeable, volvo mechanic that won't take me to the cleaners.

The closer to Torrington the better. Otherwise I would consider anywhere in Litchfield country or the Farmington Valley Area (Canton, Avon, Farmington). As a last resort I would also consider Bristol or Waterbury - only because it's a pretty far drive for me and I need to leave the car overnight.

I need to do the timing belt, water pump, idler pulley, tensioner, camshaft seals and crankshaft seals. I also need to have the PCV repair done (i.e. flame trap and all the hoses), but I am seriously considering doing the PCV myself.

I appreciate any recommendations!
