Volvo repair in Hastings NE

We have had our 2007 XC90 Sport for about a year and are in love with it. I manage a Pre-owned auto dealership in town and do most of my own work. I have a Genisys scan tool but not the European software to scan the Volvo and in the line of work we do quite honestly dont want to buy it for just my car. I now have a yellow light and a message that reads "engine system service required" not the normal engine maintainance required light the I change the oil on. Now I have 2 shops that tell me they can scan my car only to find out they cant. Our closest Dealer is in a town 300 miles away and makes it hard to get there to have it checked. Any advice?
