Engine Runs Rouch on Start-UP

Good Morning,

My 2002 C70 just started doing something strange... when I start the car, it runs a bit rough and the RPM's go up and down... If I push on the gas peddle and let off runs fine.... Any ideas on this... Has something to do with the idle when first starting the car.
