what is it this oily, glue type stuff?!

found this oily ,sticky glue type, brown in color thing on upper radiator host...what the heck is it?! anyone?

That is the intercooler hose and some oil from crankcase vent system condenses and collects there. The hose has some porosity with age and the oil gets through. The rubber from the hose deteriorating makes it gooey.
