&40 Turbo Won't Start

I have a 91 740 Turbo and it died while driving and now won't start.
Checked the fuel relay, it's clicking, getting plenty of presure through the main fuel injector line. Checked the injector relay, it's clicking as well. Getting spark at the coil and plugs. Changed out the crank sensor. Still nothing and I'm really stumped now.
Any idea's ?

What does it sound like when it's turning over and not starting? Does it ever try to catch, or does it just spin and spin?
What do the plugs look like?
When it died, how did it die? Just all of a sudden stop, or did it stumble?
Have you checked that the injectors are actually firing?
Have you checked your hall sensor?
