rear shocks

I have a 1998 v70 awd turbo wagon, I need to replace the rear shocks. What would be a good replacement for as little money as possible.

What came with your vehicle...Sach/Basch or Bilstein? What do you have on your fronts? Don't forget the other parts for the rear shocks.

If you can throw up a picture of your shocks it will be very helpful in answering your question. Many of the AWD versions have Nivomat shocks and replacing them with any stock shock won't work well unless you change the springs as well.

The rear shocks with the Nivomat system have a bellows around them while the standard shocks don't. We can tell by the pictures for sure.
