Who manufactured the OE Volvo strut inserts for Volvo 700/900 cars? And how would I identify the manufacturer by stampings on the strut inserts.

i would simply do a google search on the numbers you get off the strut housing..

After looking at supplied images of strut inserts it looks like the strut inserts in question are Boge Turbo Gas/Sachs Advantage. The shape of the insert looks like a Boge Turbo Gas and the seal is blue like a Boge Turbo Gas.
