So what happened this time?

MVS forums were down for over 24 hours with no explanation
SS was also down (and they still partially are) so for the first time in history, two of the "big five" Volvo forums were off line at the same time
Mod note. Jim passed away in early 2022, his contributions to this forum are immortal, and he is missed. RIP
