What should I upgrade first?

I have a 1995 850 Turbo that i just replaced the head gasket in and new exhaust system. I want to do some more minor upgrades to make it a little bit faster. What would you guys recommend? I have about $450 to blow on it.

silicone inter-cooler hose kit, pcv kit, torque rod bushing, all vacuum hose (with new silicone hose), sea foam then oil and filter change. those are the things i just bought. and the recent things i did was all new nexen tires, switched out a couple intercooler hoses from junk yard (used). plugs, wires, Mobil 1 synthetic 10w40 high mileage Bosch oil filter, new fuel filter. new battery..new oil filler cap. and more but i am forgetting but this is my first Volvo so i am learning as i go.

Silicone IC hoses from FCP, new silicone or rubber vacuum lines and a 14psi tune from ARD. right within your budget too.
