great to know someone else on here is from az as well. im here in phoenix and i just purchased a 2002 volvo s60 2.4t. as of now it looks like the car is in good condition. it would be great if you would be willing to give me a hand if any issues should rise in the near future

Hopefully not, but if so I'll try my best! Not as familiar with the 2001+ models, but with a 2.4t engine, I can't imagine it's a whole lot different. Probably more electronic stuff though.

I live in Flagstaff, AZ and I have an 86 Volvo 244 DL that I love. I bought it last year barely running for $600 and have been learning how to do repairs and maintenance along the way. This is the first car I have worked on and I am hooked for sure. With the help of forums and friends, I have not screwed anything up too badly.
I would love some help learning anything about my vehicle. I am experiencing some issues right now with stalling but that's for a different forum.. I would also love to help anybody in my area that owns a 240 or any Volvo with a similar engine to mine. I don't have a lot of experience with other vehicles but I have learned a lot about mine. It would be cool to trade knowledge and get to know some fellow Volvo owners in Flagstaff, there are a lot of us..
