I have a 2000 S80, this car sat in a field for 3 years until about a month ago. Several parts were missing and seats were removed. I have managed to get the car all back together and have been driving it. I have driven 1.5 tanks of gas and now after the car is running for about 10 minutes it will start to shutter when idle. About two minutes later the car will go into limp mode and you will see engine system service urgent. I checked the codes and I get p1611, p1613. If I were to guess I would think its a bad sensor somewhere. It might also be fuel filter, fuel relay or something like that. I can't find much on the trouble codes, anybody have any ideas?
Thanks.
Eric

Googled and found this like to a page on this site. I couldn't get the pages to open up when you click on the trouble code links in the pull down menu above under 'Repair Database'. Not sure if I am doing something wrong???

Sounds almost like throttle position sensor. Not sure what ETS stands for ???
Edited Nov21:
Have added the file herewith that shows the DTCs of 'Generic' versus Volvo DTCs
Both codes are defined as Throttle unit communication: Signal too high or signal missing

Thanks for that, it would look like it's a ECM902A - Signal Too High or Signal Missing, points to ETS / ECM wiring or module fail. I also read that this could be the MAF as well. I see others with the similar issue, but i don't seem many that post the result.
