no response from idle adjustment screw

Two things. Loping when cold, runs fine once it warms up. (about a minute) Secondly, I have tried to adujust the idle with the big idle adjustment knob on the bottom of the throttle body and nothing happens.

Have you checked/cleaned the air mass meter?

yes i put a new mas on it just to get it running. Over all its doing great. Still a little rich (black tail pipe)(also new)

That knob doesn't do much. Have you cleaned your throttle body? Also, check the intake hose for cracks and holes.
