manual tranny groaning sound

my 850 makes an intermittant groaning sound when starting off in 1st gear. no slippage, clutch seems o.k. if i start more aggressively, the sound isn't there. any ideas?

My 93 has been making a groan noise since the day I boight it,

I drive the crap out of it, no slippage yet 95k on it,

I heard this is typical, nwe clutch is 800 bucks +/-

keep driving until it slips

anyone else have thoughts on this? I'm feeling some very slight feedback from my clutch... it's shifts just fine though.

anyone have similar experiences?
