S60 P0089 code and occasional roughness

Hello,

My S60 is getting a periodic CEL, i have cleared it and it comes back. It shows up as P0089 Fuel Pressure Regulator 1 Performance. The only side effects are occasional difficulty in starting and an occasional rough idle after startup. After a little bit of warm up, it runs fine at all speeds and acceleration rates.

Before I drop $170 on a fuel pressure sensor, I just wanted to know if anyone has any insight on other possibilities. Unfortunately my OBD scanner won't give me fuel pressures readouts, etc. It is very basic.

Sorry the other thing I forgot to add. I checked with Volvo and the recall for the Fuel Pressure Sensor was already complied with 3 years ago.
