Turbocharger for 1998 V70 XC AWD 2.4ltr

Does anyone know where I can find a turbocharger for my '98 V70. It would be nice to have some kind of guarantee the unit is in good working order. Will buy with oil and water pipes/tubes if available and intact. Thank-you.
