Ive had to deal with them a few times with regards to recalls and getting my SRS light checked and i have had great time dealing with them.

The Service advisor I dealt with was not pushy at all to get the clock spring on my V70 replaced. He simply said, if you can get it done cheaper, go ahead and I will charge you for 15 minutes of labor to get the light turned off. Sound very reasonable to me.

As far as parts go the main parts guy is very knowledgeable and last time I politely asked him for a better price, he gave me a discount. Turned out to be almost same price as if buying online!
