Has anyone replaced the MAF. It seems that my ODB II fault indicates a lean mixture, and that the MAF controls that air fuel mixture. Any way to visually inspect the MAF?

MAF is one of several things that determines A/F ratio. An MAF on its last leg usually results in a rich condition and not a lean one. A more likely culprit would be the o2 sensor.
