Warranty and Service Records Information Booklet?

I have a 2000 S80 non-Turbo with 186K miles. The service manual gives the maintenance schedule up to 90K miles then says, "For services beyond 90,000 miles (144,000 km), please refer to the Warranty and Service Records Information Booklet". Anyone have this booklet? Anyone know how or if the intervals change? Or can I just extrapolate out based on the first 90K miles using the same intervals? I'm asking because my service light just went on at 186K which doesn't seem to fit with the intervals up to 90K.

PS, I know I need new front brake rotors and pads. Any recommendations of ones to get or avoid?
