Factory Remote Keyless systems. These fit 850/960/and V70 up to 99. These are plug and play. So if your car didn't come with keyless, this is the way to go. They have been tested on my 850 and are known to work.
$40 shipped with one remote as well as one receiver. $50 shipped if you want 2 remotes and one receiver.

Feel free to ask any questions or for more pics. If your in the PHX area, you can pick it up in person (instead of me shipping it) and I'll lower the price.
