So the car is currently at the shop right now...
They dont know whats wrong but have ideas.
Went in to get a wheel bearing replaced under their warranty.
Picked up the car, went to drive off, got onto the hwy and around 60 the wheel started shaking violently when under load. Let off and it was fine. applied the brakes and it shook a little until it was under 45 and then there was no shaking.
So far they have replaced or checked the following.
Driver and Passenger wheel bearing/hub replaced.
Driver axle replaced
Engine mounts look OK, not in best condition but not bad.
They are currently ordering a control arm to see if that fixes the issue...
Car was fine except the wheel bearing making noise before this.
After the bearing was replaced the car is shaking.
Any info would be great.
This is going on 2 days now and I need the car thursday... Going to a meet in Ga. hotels already paid for

They just put a new driver axle in, and the passenger axle is new/checked out fine.

If the control arm they are going to put in does not fix this...
I will probably buy one from napa and throw it in in their parking lot
because I feel its an axle as well.

New =/= good. Especially if it's a cheap Chinese rebuilt.
Control arm will usually only cause it to pull to one side or another - strongly - during hard acceleration or braking.

If the control arm does not stop the shaking, I am having them put the old one back on because im not paying for something that didnt fix the problem.
Then I will be taking the car to napa... picking up the axle under warranty, putting it in in their parking lot, and hopping it work.
if not... then it will go back to the shop.
Unless they want to pull the axle out, drive it 6 miles up the road, exchange it for me with the receipt I have, and bill me for labor. which I would not mind that much.

Because it shakes in a certain speed range at higher speeds and under breaking it is probably the tires? Rotate to see if reduces or eliminates it.
Blessings,

Just to update and give closure to this post.
The wheels were the culpret.
Took it out for a spin and it was shaking bad still after the controla arm.
Put it on the lift, put in drive and watched the wheels spin.
Apparently the wheels are not hubcentric so without hub centric rings the wheels will not center correctly.
Some how I had put them on perfectly aligned (all 4) but the shop did not when they used the impact.
a set of Cetus (stock 850 n/a wheels) were put on the fronts and it was again tested at 60-80mph speeds.
no shaking was found, brought it back and case closed.
All in all I have new front bearings, a new axle, and a new control arm.
thank you for the input guys.
