1993 Volvo 940 high NOX new cat o2 sensor, tuned up

Hi Guys PLEASE HELP!

I took my 940 in for a test Failed HC limit 58 read 56 pass
CO 32 67 fail
NO 435 573 Fail


Replaced plugs, rotor, cap, air filter, oil change, oil filter, O2 sensor, Cat..

FAIL HC limit 58 Read 10 down by 46

Co 32 00 down by 67

NO 435 860 UP BY almost 300!!!!



What is going on. I ran the car for 1 1/2 hrs before the test. Seems to run very well. I get about 11 KM per liter on the highway. I don't think it has an EGR valve. Temp gage in middle of range rad fan does cycle sometimes especially on a hot sunny day at low speeds. I have to get plates.
