Hi There

My V70 XC 98,000 Was orginally a California Car. I'm being told to up grade the ECU or change it out for Colorado. If I do I could get better gas mileage and performance. Is this true, would it be worth it" Geomart

There wasn't a different ECM for that year model for california.
