Last year you did it around Christmas time, it seems people are more giving around then.

Not good last month, no. Those who did give were generous, however, like you. It was my fault, I didn't make enough noise. Also I'm guessing the economy.

I'll make a drumbeat starting before Christmas, shake the branches (is that the saying?) a little.

The moderators are gentlemen and thus don't bump this, but I'm surely going to bump it. These guys help other Volvo owners because they love to help, not because they get paid. They are volunteers.

These guys are regular people with regular jobs, and trust me when I say if you have $5, $10 or $20 to donate to them, it's genuinely appreciated.

I don't reveal donors' forum usernames. They all get an MVS Contributor badge, but I don't thank them publicly unless they want me to.

I know times are tough and just wanted to say "Thank You" to everyone who donated.

I am very proud to be part of MVS.

Its the only place I know of where you can get parts reviews, discount pricing ,instructions and guidance to fix anything on you car. I can't explain my love for these cars but am so glad it is shared by so many.

Thanks to everyone who posts in and keeps MVS a strong resource for all who own or dream of a "Volvo".
