Hard vacuum line on TB

Cannot for the life of me find what the hard vacuum line on the top of a 2000 s40 throttle body (that goes from there to back by the brake master cylinder) is called, or anything about it. Mine is loose and I'm worried that it's leaking (it's very loose). Any information is useful. This is on a 2002 Volvo S40

correction, I said master cylinder, but I'm tired and what I meant to say was brake booster
