1999 Volvo s80 t6 where does this line go?

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

Trying to figure out where this line goes on a 1999 Volvo s80 t6 see the pictures.

I have been told it might go to the LPG line to make the car run on propane.

Looks like it could be part of the evaporative emissions system. The green cap would be a service port.
